Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nexetiva. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to 28 countries across Europe and beyond, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States. At this time, we do not ship to destinations outside of these countries.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer Express shipping to all available destinations, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Any applicable taxes or duties are not included in the shipping rate and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you are unsure about potential charges.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Nexetiva is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
