1. Where do you ship to?

We ship to 28 countries across Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. You can find the full list of supported countries at checkout.

2. How long does shipping take?

We offer Express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

4. Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

6. What is your return and refund policy?

7. How do I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

8. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
